Liver perfusion: FNH (focal nodular hyperplasia)

Focal nodular hyperplasia.  Delayed enhancement of the central scar is shown in green on the color perfusion image.  The apparent washout of the lesion in the delayed phase is an optical illusion due to the enhancing rim.  Hounsfield unit measurements show that the lesion is isodense to liver on the delayed phase.
