Ruptured hemorrhagic corpus luteal cyst

Right adenexa is a heterogenous mass with a curvilinear area of enhancement that is discontinuous medially.  

 

 

There is also a focus of active arterial extravasation.  Free fluid, consistent with blood, is seen in the pelvis tracking up to Morison's pouch and around the spleen.  

 

 

Infiltration of the omentum is demonstrated.
